Flocks of these glorious lorikeets make their own rainbows in the local coral trees.
“This piece comprises of many individual paintings each individually painted, coloured and carefully cut out using knife and scissors. Love is in the Air
Detail of the baby birds in the nest. Unfortunately due to land clearing there are less and less hollows for birds to make their nests. This is the first in Cate Rose’s Birds series. It is inspired by the local bird boxes erected by people to provide birds a safe alternative place to lay their eggs and raise their young.
